6. Returns & Cancellations

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, there are strict exceptions for our specific product categories:

• Hygiene Exceptions: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced jewellery (e.g., earrings) or any beauty/cosmetic products that have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery.
• Clothing: Premium clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and premium packaging intact.
