1. Order Processing Time
At Royal Lustring, we strive to get your fashion pieces to you as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Public Holidays.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship PAN-India. We deliver to almost all major pin codes across the country through our network of trusted courier partners. If your delivery address is in a remote location, please allow additional time for delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depend on your location and the total value of your order:
- We offer Free standard shipping on all orders above a certain cart value (as displayed on our website during checkout).
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days.
- Rest of India (Remote Areas): 5 to 8 business days.
*Please note that these are estimated timelines. Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions or logistical issues at the courier’s end may cause slight delays.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your package.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable to receive the package, the courier will contact you. If the delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO – Return to Origin). In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
