Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Return Policy Overview

At Royal Lustring, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium clothing, jewellery, and beauty purchases. In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided they meet our return conditions below.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. This means:

  • Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any makeup, deodorant stains, or odors. All original premium tags must still be attached.
  • Jewellery: Must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned in its original Royal Lustring packaging (excluding pierced jewellery – see exceptions below).
  • Beauty Products: Must be completely unopened, unused, and with all original seals intact.

3. Strict Hygiene Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Pierced jewellery (such as earrings).
  • Any beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products where the packaging seal has been broken, opened, or tampered with.
  • Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits (if applicable).

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

We pride ourselves on our premium quality control. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrect, you have the right to a full refund, repair, or replacement under UK law within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact us immediately at Support@royallustring.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the fault. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer care team at Support@royallustring.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to approve your return and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Securely pack the items in their original packaging. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

6. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 working days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).

7. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Royal Lustring will only cover return shipping costs if the item is proven to be faulty or if an incorrect item was sent by us.
