Global Delivery Guidelines for Our Premium Collections
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business days before they are dispatched from our UK warehouse. This allows us to perform strict quality control checks on our premium clothing, jewellery, and beauty products. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Regional Shipping Guidelines
🇬🇧 United Kingdom (Domestic)
- Standard Delivery: 2-4 Business Days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 Business Days (Order before 1 PM GMT)
- Note: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and islands may take an additional 1-2 days.
🇪🇺 European Union (EU)
- Standard International: 5-10 Business Days
- Express International: 2-5 Business Days
- Post-Brexit Note: EU customers are responsible for paying any applicable VAT and customs clearance fees upon arrival in their country.
🇺🇸 United States of America
- Standard International: 7-14 Business Days
- Express International: 3-6 Business Days
- Note: US Customs generally allows imports up to $800 duty-free, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify current import regulations for jewellery and cosmetics.
🇮🇳 India
- Standard International: 10-15 Business Days
- Important KYC Requirement: Indian customs strictly require KYC (Know Your Customer) documents (like Aadhaar or PAN card) for the clearance of international courier shipments. The courier partner (e.g., DHL/FedEx) will contact you to upload these documents. Failure to do so will result in the package being destroyed or returned at the buyer’s expense.
🌍 Rest of the World (Other Countries)
- Standard International: 10-21 Business Days depending on local postal services.
- Availability: We ship globally, but some countries may have strict import bans on cosmetics or precious metals. Please check your local laws before ordering.
3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Crucial)
All international orders (outside the UK) are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means:
- The product prices displayed on our website do not include international taxes, import duties, or customs fees.
- The Customer is entirely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by their country’s government.
- If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and any penalty fees from the final refund amount.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier’s website.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Items: If your premium item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Royal Lustring is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
